PIPA by People in Paddocks is revolutionising agricultural workforce management with a comprehensive platform designed to enhance people management, safety, and productivity on farms.
Through inclusive and innovative tools such as multilingual training, dyslexic-friendly interfaces, virtual safety consultants, and real-time hazard mapping, PIPA ensures accessibility and safety for all workers - because 98% of workers use it daily!
At PIPA, our mission is to support, train, and safeguard every farm worker while pursuing our vision of "farming without fatalities."

As the National HR & WHS Manager for Corinella Farms and Proterra Investments, Sam’s key responsibilities included managing risk across the multi-state farming operations. "My job was essentially to ensure the Directors in Sydney didn't go to jail if something went pear-shaped on any of the farms."
When the corporate farming operation sold, a buyer of one of the farms asked Sam to help manage his people and safety. That work became People in Paddocks. Within 6 months, Sam was oversubscribed, including supporting a farm following a fatality.
She also made an important discovery over the many years managing corporate and family farms; "If 1 in 5 in Australia is dyslexic, I'm thinking it's more likely 1 in 3 in agriculture. That's potentially 33% of our industry not receiving safety instructions. So we developed PIPA."
"PIPA ensures we continue on our quest to be an employer of choice, and it reflects Sam’s overall philosophy of working closely with her clients to ensure the highest standard of workplace safety and culture."
"What truly sets PIPA apart is Sam's deep understanding of the unique challenges and complexities surrounding HR and OH&S in the agricultural industry."
"Our business would not be without PIPA. It is a genuine, caring and critical component of KoopAgri. Sam, the brainpower behind the business, is an amazing people person and it shows when we deal with PIPA just how personalised and efficient it is."

Many women in remote & rural Australia are carrying a heavy responsibility of keeping their family farms safe & compliant - often with little support & training - and are sometimes met with resistance to change.
