It is rumoured that NASA seek out dyslexic employees for their exceptional problem solving abilities and spatial awareness skills.
Our experience suggests dyslexia is prevalent in agriculture. Challenges can include reading, spelling & memorising facts.
So let's use more videos, images & face-to-face communication.
