Access to all features except for the pool of workers. 


Each package includes a set number of app users. When an additional app user is added part way through a month, a fee of $9 / app user is applied on that day and prorated for the current billing period.


Yes, when an employee leaves the farm you can archive them. If they return to the farm you can easily un-archive them and all of their historical information will be restored to their profile.


Yes, you can change your subscription at any time. If your subscription is due to renew on the 30th of the month and you downgrade your subscription on the 15th of the month, you will be refunded for the remaining 15 days and charged for the new subscription. 


Currently timesheets export to XERO and MYOB. Please let us know if you use another package and we’ll look into including that one too by emailing support@peopleinpaddocks.com.au


  • In the Manager Portal, select Timesheets on the left hand side in pink
  • Select Approve timesheets on the top bar in yellow
  • Select the employee’s name 
  • Select the day you need to adjust
  • Select View Detail in yellow
  • Scroll down & select Edit

Adjust & save details 


  •  Select Employees on the left hand side in pink
  • Click on the 3 dots at the end at the of employees details & select Edit details
  • Go down to Pay Rate & click the drop down & select Hourly Overtime then Save

Remember to change this back to Hourly Flat when overtime is no longer being paid  


As business owners, under the WHS Act, it is our responsibility to keep any person who works or visits our farm safe - and it’s everyone’s responsibility to act safe on our property. If something goes pear-shaped on your farm and WorkSafe or SafeWork come out, they’ll want to see proof that you were proactive about identifying and managing potential risks.


Traditionally that’s been close to impossible! PIPA makes the process automatic so you don’t have to nag them. Under ‘Settings / Configuration Settings’ set your preferred report frequency. If you select “1 per week”, after 3 shifts the employee or contractor will be reminded to make a safety report. That can be a hazard, a near miss, a maintenance item or a pre-start check. If they haven’t made a report by the 5th shift, they’ll need to make one before they can clock on. Gentle nudges to create new habits.
